Be young enough to try, and make your own chance
Being young is for finding out who you are, daring to do the work, and building the skill and relationships that let you step onto a chance instead of waiting to be picked.

Hash maps, sliding windows, and prefix sums
These three ideas show up everywhere in algorithm problems. The point is not to memorize the template. It is to see what information you have to keep, and why the answer stays correct as the window moves.

What the history of boxing teaches about nerve
Boxing is older than the modern rulebook. The useful part is not the highlight reel. It is discipline, a plan, staying calm, and what you do after you lose.

Why a team should design the system before coding
A team can merge a lot of pull requests and still release slowly, because each person is holding a different picture of the system. Design and planning are how those pictures become one.

Han Xin: talent does not outlast people's hearts
Han Xin crawled between a stranger's legs in the market, became the general who won Liu Bang an empire, and was killed by the dynasty he helped build. Talent and ambition still lost to how people felt about him.

If a decision has to land in 100 milliseconds, skip the chatbot
Not every AI feature should be a chat box. When the product has to classify and decide quickly, a decisions API and a rule engine are often faster, cheaper, and easier to trust than a model that talks.

AI writes the feature in ten minutes. The repair takes days.
A coding agent can finish a feature before the coffee cools. The debt shows up when someone has to change it. Speed is real. So is the cost of code nobody can explain.

Vietnam's commodity derivatives: an opportunity, or a risk you do not know yet?
Stocks, gold, forex, and bitcoin get the attention. Corn, coffee, silver, and crude oil are becoming tradable here too. That can be an opportunity, and it can be a market you do not understand yet.

Teach a child to make their first game in Scratch
Children like playing games. Scratch lets them make one: a character, a puzzle, and the bugs they have to think their way out of. The point is the making, not a perfect game.

Ten years of English class, and still afraid to speak
You can know the grammar and thousands of words and still freeze when a foreigner talks to you. The problem is often how the language was practiced, not a lack of talent.

When AI writes code faster than you, what is a developer for?
A model can draft an API, a fix, or a small app from a description. If typing speed stops being the advantage, the developer is paid for judgment: what to build, what to refuse, and what has to stay true.
